Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily execution of the finishing production plan and schedule
- Able to manage, produce and maintain quality standards of the finishing line (paint, prime, stain)
- Analyzing and problem solving
- Direct interaction with the team to achieve the Plant’s goals of growth and profitability
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with expanding a finishing department
- Excellent communication skills with team members and management
- Analytical and data driven decision-making capabilities. Ability to create value
- Quality focused
- Meet all the goals and objectives as assigned in a timely efficient manner
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience in a high-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to measure safety, quality, and productivity
