-Frequent quick set ups and changeovers on high speed moulders
-Troubleshoot and perform Preventative Maintenance on a regular schedule
-Monitor quality
-Complete moulder schedule efficiently
-Communicate and instruct team and monitor results
-1st or 2nd shift available (2nd shift differential)
- Able to read a schedule and understand product information
- Able to understand and learn standard lumber grading rules
- Must be able to lift 10-20 pounds consistently
- Standing, bending and twisting for long periods of time required
- Basic math skills
- Able to work in a noisy and dusty environment
- Willingness to work within a team
- Must be 18 years of age or older
