Standard Finishes:

Any board or moulding can be finished in the following options:

• Painted
• Primed
• Stained

We have a library of standard stain colors and also are able to color-match any custom stain color.  Priming specification can also be custom quoted to match the application.

Primed Wood Species:

• Fingerjoint Poplar – A paint-grade product, Fingerjoint Poplar creates boards and mouldings that are straighter and stronger than solid hardwoods.

Stained Wood Species:

• Red Oak – A clear coat on Red Oak enhances the natural warm tones and distinct grain patterns while a dark stain deepens its color, allowing some grain to show. Our Noir Black black stain creates a dramatic, modern look while still exhibiting natural wood grain patterns.
• Poplar – Poplar can be stained to look like other luxurious hardwoods such as Walnut or Cherry.
• Maple – Maple’s smooth creamy grain is beautiful with a clearcoat. Maple can also take on a beautiful unique appearance from honey brown to rich, coffee-like finish.
• White Oak – A premium hardwood, White Oak is soaring in popularity for its neutral, warm tones and distinct grain patterns which are best exhibited with a clearcoat or natural stain, although White Oak is a versatile canvas for a wide range of stain colors.
